1.  Q: How to purchase?

     A: In website's product picture have order number, if you interesting in that goods picture,you may stick order number and send me by MSN/email.Also here you can make the payment online on our website,and later we will check your payment in time a nd ship your order out in the first time too.

 

2.  Q: Do the items come with the attachments? Such as guarantee card, tag, serial number, dust bag and so on?

      A:  all the products which we provide are all with a gift box. For some products we will provide the paper, tag. For all the products which we provide you are all with the same marked such as the original one. For the details of your products, our salesman will tell you when you make your order.

 

3.  Q: How long I could receive my order?

      A: When we confirm your payment through our account, we will send the goods to you in 24hours. After we send the goods out, we will send a tracking number to you to check your order's state on the way. Usually, the tracking number can be checked in EMS company website: www.ems.com.cn within 1-2 days when the tracking number set up on the internet, you will receive the package in 5 days. That means, you could receive the goods in 5-7 days after you transfer the payment.

 4.   Q: How do I know if my order went through or has been declined? 

 

      A: If your order has been declined an e-mail will be sent from us notifying you that your order did not go through.

If you haven't received your item within 7-15 business days please make sure you e-mail our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately.
 
10.   Q: Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
 
      A: Yes, we accept samples orders.Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 8 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each pairs for shipping fee.
 

11.  Q: What shipping method do you use?

       A:  EMS express shipping.

 

12.  Q: Can i ship by UPS,DHL or TNT?
    A:Yes,if you went ship by TNT,UPS.DHL, please contact us.The premise is the goods you ordered should be over 21kgs. But TNT,UPS,DHL are expensive,we are sorry that you should pay an extra shipping cost.

 

 
13.   Q: Do I send the payment in first or pay with COD?

If your items are not in stock, warehouse will notify us and we will send you an email to replace or refund your order.? It is very difficult to know exactly what shoes is stock because of shoes inventory change every hour.? In the store once you buy a product the inventory count change by it self once you take something off the shelf. But website it is hard to change stock or not stock every few hours.
